Over the years, The Guardian Angels have empowered thousands of citizens to take responsibility for reclaiming their communities through the formation of local chapters.
Each chapter is comprised of volunteers that support the community through neighborhood patrols, education initiatives, role modeling, and liaising with other community organizations. If you think you might be interested in helping to transform your community, join us!

Ricardo "Chico" Garcia is the recipient of three Presidental Service Awards, and under his leadership, the Hawaii chapters have expanded from the initial chapter in Honolulu to include chapters in Maui and Kauai. |
